VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR NETWORK FORUM – BOREHAMWOOD

This Volunteer Coordinator Network Forum is ideal for volunteer managers, recruiters or supervisors to come and learn about best practice in volunteer management, network and share experiences of managing volunteers. You will particularly find this session useful if you are new to your role or are looking to introduce a volunteer program within your organisation. For those who already have a program in place, it is the ideal time to refresh and share experiences with others in the same position as you.

The theme for this session is “Managing Challenging Volunteer Situations”

  • Identify what constitutes a difficult volunteer situation
  • Explore the impact that a volunteer situation can have on the organisation
  • Discuss various solutions to dealing with difficult volunteer situations
  • How to deal with exits

There will also be an opportunity at the end for you to bring your issues or questions to the group.
