Your Feedback and Privacy

Your Feedback

#TeamHerts Volunteering aims to provide organisations and individuals with the best possible service. However, we recognise that from time to time there may be occasions when users of our services feel that the quality or level of service provided falls short of what they could reasonably expect. Similarly, we are always grateful to receive constructive feedback, so that we can continue to improve our service.

Your feedback is extremely valuable to us as it helps us identify and address problems and to develop good practice. If you prefer, instead of completing the form below you can email us or speak with any member of staff. Find our contact details on the Team page.
